Studio Policies

At Angelic Lashes, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service in a respectful and efficient manner. To help us serve you better, please take a moment to review our studio policies.

Appointment & Deposit Policy

  • All appointments require a valid credit card on file.
  • New clients or clients returning after 1+ year must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking.
  • Deposits can be made via the booking app or Venmo and will be applied to your service.
  • Clients with prior no-shows or late cancellations may be asked to prepay in full to reserve future appointments.
  • Your credit card may be charged if policies are not followed.

Cancellation & Late Policy

  • Please cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via text, email, or your confirmation link.
  • No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
  • If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered canceled and you will be charged accordingly.
  • For waxing appointments, 9+ minutes late will result in a late fee.
  • Same-day bookings must be confirmed by phone or text.
  • Once booked, even if not accepted yet, the cancellation policy applies.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given as you are paying for time, product, and expertise.
  • If you experience issues, please contact us within 72 hours of your service.
  • A complimentary 30-minute fix may be offered if the issue is due to our product or application.
  • After 3 days, standard touch-up pricing applies.

Discounts & Promotions Policy

For all Angelic Beauty services and products, including facials, lash services, and retail items, only one promotion or discount code may be applied per transaction. Multiple discounts cannot be combined.

Other Important Policies

  • No children or guests allowed inside the studio.
  • Minimum age: 16 (under 18 must be dropped off by an adult).
  • We do not work over other salons' lash sets. Please book a removal and new set.
  • NEW: Foreign fills accepted (classic, hybrid, volume only) if 40%+ lashes remain, select stylists only.
  • We reserve the right to deny service for repeat policy violations.
  • Please keep devices on silent. AirPods for music/podcasts are allowed.
  • Before/after photos are taken for documentation. Let us know if you don't want them used for advertising.

Lash Refill Timing

  • Refill pricing is based on your visit interval (2, 3, or 4 weeks).
  • Past 4 weeks = Full set.
  • If lashes are sparse or compromised, an upgrade to next level or full set may be required.

Waitlist Policy

  • If you are on our waitlist, we will contact you via phone, text, or email.
  • No reply in 2-3 hours means we move to the next client.
  • No reply in 24 hours means removal from the waitlist.
  • Create a profile or schedule an appointment to be added.

Membership Policy

  • Includes 2 refills/month (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or Mega).
  • LED membership includes 2 refills every 3 weeks.
  • Auto-billed monthly or every 6 weeks (for LED).
  • Members may upgrade application type or membership tier with a fee.
  • Memberships cannot be shared or refunded once charged.
  • Memberships may be paused (max 2x/year, $15 fee each, 30 days per pause).
  • Cancel with 30-day written notice (60 days for LED).
  • Missed refills can roll over 1 month for a full set (with fee).
  • Refill timing applies: 2-week refill due every 2 weeks, late visits subject to upgrade.
  • No-shows = lost refill. Less than 24 hrs = late fee applies.
  • Cancellation form required to officially end membership. One final charge applies after cancellation notice.
